Lip-reading
Lip reading or speech reading is a technique of understanding speech by visually interpreting the movements of the lips, face and tongue with information provided by the context, language, and any residual hearing.
To use this ability, the character must be able to see the lips of the speaker. The quality of the success check will determine how much information the character understand from what he sees.
