A character with this ability is easy to detect when he enters, for example, a library. He knows exactly where to go to find what he is looking for. It will take him a lot less time to find relevant information, in most environment, including libraries, stores, shops, bars, large buildings, etc.

Also, this ability lets the character know where to go in a town or village to find information he may be interested in.
